Halal Advisor subscription and cancellation terms.

Month to month, direct debit of $49.99


Subscription Terms

Your Halal Advisor subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew each month without notice until you cancel. You authorise us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. When confirming your purchase to the subscription, you agree to pay the price stated at the time of your order.  Any discount eligibility is determined at the time of order. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Halal Advisor App Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the prices and fees at any time. We will provide you with 14 days notice if the regular rate of the subscription changes from what was stated at the time of your order. Price changes will take effect from your next billing date after the notice period. If you do not wish to continue your subscription at the revised price, you may cancel your subscription before the end of your current direct debit pay cycle. (See Cancellation terms.)

If paying by credit card, IPY*Halal Advisor will appear on financial statements to indicate payment to Halal Advisor. If your primary payment method fails, a Failed Payment Fee: of $4.40 will be automatically added to your next payment. Other transactions fees are listed below:

Data Storage and Compliance (once only): $2.20;
Bank Account Transaction Fee: $0.88;
Visa/MasterCard Fee: $0.33 plus 1.98%*;
AMEX Fee: $0.33 plus 3.85%;

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 7 days, a 30 day cancellation period applies, and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

* Please note, if your payment falls within the 30 day cancellation period, you will be charged your monthly subscription rate and your service will remain active until the end date.

Any transactions that have failed or been rejected due to insufficient funds and remain unprocessed will be gathered before the cancellation end date. In the event that we are unable to process these outstanding payments, we will generate an invoice for the remaining debt.

Your Obligations

It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account to allow a debit payment to be made in accordance with a direct debit request, and to notify Halal Advisor and update your payment details accordingly if your details have changed since your last billing date.

It is your responsibility to check your account statements to verify that the amounts debited from your account are correct and notify Halal Advisor if you believe you are being billed incorrectly.

Halal Advisor will not refund past subscription payments if a subscriber has failed to contact Halal Advisor directly to cancel their subscription.

If you are experiencing any technical issues accessing your Subscription, it is your responsibility to contact Halal Advisor directly to receive assistance. Halal Advisor reserves the right to refuse any request for credits, refunds, or extensions if a subscriber has not requested assistance within 48 hours of experiencing the issue.
