Chicago Jones is a New York style diner dishing up some crowd favorites like Spinach & mushroom omelettes, Chicago style pancakes & waffles, eggs benny and more!
A good range on the menu for breakfast, seems to be popular with a few locals dining in.

The coffee here is really good, and the best cafe in the complex. The staff are very friendly and the food is simple and wholesome. Great way to kick start the day, and I chose to start mine with their delicious omelette, Eggs Benny and their Orange & Poppy-seed Waffles!

The Spinach & mushroom omelette was so soft and buttery, served with two slices of sourdough. This was my favourite dish of the day, it was filling and you can’t go wrong with this option!

Next up was the lovely and silky Eggs Benedict served with smoked salmon atop sourdough and covered in that light hollandaise sauce. Nothing beats a good hollandaise sauce on a cold winters day!

To finish, the Orange & Poppy-seed waffles were perfect. Lovely light waffle which wasn’t overly sweet, nice change from what i’m used too. This made them easy to eat, what made this dish for me was the fresh fruits and that cookies & cream ice-cream on the side! Definitely a beautiful accompaniment to the dish offering a creamy element, I could happily polish off a plate of these even in this cold season!

Overall, the space is really nice to relax in and even spend some time on your laptop knocking out some work. It is really cosy and peaceful inside, there is also some outdoor seating for anyone wanting a little sun. The food is clean, simple and delicious and I recommend it for breakfast and lunch!
